Community AcademyThe Community Collaborative at Park Street Elementary provides kindergarteners through fifth grade students an in-depth academic program that incorporates community outreach and support with service-based learning. The Community Collaborative approach incorporates resources and services that address school and community needs and issues, and challenges students to become civic-minded contributors.

A Choice Academies information session is scheduled Dec. 10, 2008 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Cobb Central Library, 266 Roswell Street in Marietta. This informative session will help parents and community members learn more about the Choice Academies application process, and the unique academic programs offered at each school.
