Student Dress Code

Students are required to wear an appropriate school uniform Monday–Thursday, and Friday is a feel-good dress-down day.

Shirts

• Students may wear solid light blue, navy blue, white, or yellow collared or non-collared shirts with short or long sleeves.
• Any official Marietta City Schools or Park Street Elementary spirit shirt may be worn Monday through Friday.

Bottoms

• Students may wear navy blue or khaki pants, shorts, skirts, skorts, or jumpers.

• Shorts, skirts, skorts, and jumpers must be fingertip length or longer.

• No jeans Monday - Friday

All pants must be belted/affixed at the waist, and the length of the khaki/navy blue shorts and skirts must be no more than five inches above the knees as measured from the inside bend of the knee.

Outerwear

• Students may wear Park Street Elementary logo sweatshirts, jackets, or hooded sweatshirts.
• Solid navy blue, black, white, or yellow sweatshirts may also be worn over the uniform.

• Cardigan sweaters must be solid navy blue, light blue, yellow, black, or white.

Students may dress down on Fridays in accordance with the Marietta City Schools Student Dress Code in regards to safety, modesty, and appropriateness.

Park Street Elementary is committed to ensuring that every student has access to the required school uniform. Families who need assistance obtaining uniforms are encouraged to contact the school's Parent Liaison. All requests will be handled confidentially
